1 small bunch asparagus, cut into pieces
Penzey's "Sandwich Sprinkle" (or kosher salt and pepper to taste)
Place carrots and asparagus in a bowl. Toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil and a generous sprinkling of Penzey's Sandwich Sprinkle or just salt and pepper. Place on a roasting pan covered in parchment and roast in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until carrots start to brown up. Midway through the baking, stir the veggies to ensure even roasting. You want to cook these until they are slightly crispy.
